CLASS INFORMATION
Mini Movers
This class is for the child on the move and will provide your youngster with an excellent introduction to the wonder of dance and a chance to develop their coordination skills. This class is designed as a first-time group activity for young children. We work together on various skills such as listening, taking turns, getting strong by doing fun activities and moving creatively to music.
Whether your child is thrilled about wearing their sparkly ballet slippers and frilly tutu or they just want to get their dancing shoes on and move to the music! This is the class for your active youngster!
- Pre-Ballet
- Pre-Acrobatics
- Creative Movement
- 18 months to 2 1/2 years
- Half hour class each week
- Assistance from Mom, Dad, Grandparent, etc.
Twirling Toddlers
Your heart will burst with pride as you watch your child’s excitement when they come into dance class and see their dance friends there, ready for class to begin! In class, your child will be led through a series of dance activities that help build strong bodies plus ingrain concepts such as balance, rhythm and expression.
While in class, your child will be developing social skills such as listening to a teacher and following instructions, taking turns, helping their fellow classmates, following the leader, etc. – all skills that will carry over into their pre-school classes.
Your child will be building their confidence and independence as they venture into dance class without Mom or Dad. They will feel secure in the knowledge that Mom and Dad are close by if needed. Mom and Dad will be watching the class on the close-circuit TV in the waiting room.

- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years Session Classes (10 to 12 Weeks) or Full Year Classes
- Full Year Classes perform one Dance in the Year-End Recital
- 1 Hour Class each week
Little Leapers
You will be amazed at the what your child will learn in this dance class:
– counting out beats and learning about rhythms,
– learning math skills such as fractions and figuring out how many dancers should be in each line,
– the names of our muscles and how they work
Yes, they will learn all of this in addition to learning how to dance!
As with all the Toddler and Pre-school classes your child will develop valuable social skills, build strong bodies and dance muscle memory and at the same time be building their confidence and independence as they venture into dance class without Mom or Dad. Mom and Dad will be watching the class on the close-circuit TV in the waiting room.
